6. Cancellation: Once a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure the accuracy of your transaction before proceeding.
7. Currency and Pricing: All transactions are processed in Euro. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy for Online Appointments
1. Appointment Cancellation: Clients may cancel appointments by phone, email, or online portal. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
• Cancellations made within the specified time frame.
• Technical issues preventing the client from accessing the online appointment.
3. Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must contact our front desk via email or phone within 5 days of the cancelled appointment. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
4. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
5. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule appointments without incurring additional charges, subject to availability and adherence to the cancellation policy.
6. Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, provided appropriate documentation is provided.
7. Appointment Provider Changes: In the event that the appointment provider must cancel or reschedule, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to accommodate the client's schedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
8. Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be resolved through communication between the client and Stillorgan Chiropractic Ltd. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with our general dispute resolution policy.
